Crowdfunding Feature The App includes a Crowdfunding feature that allows users to contribute to and receive funds for various projects. Spartan Café, LLC, and the Spartan Café App act solely as facilitators and are not responsible for transactions, contributions, or donations between subscribers. The App may take a small two-percent (2%) commission on Crowdfunding contributions. By using the Crowdfunding feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Spartan Café, LLC does not verify the legitimacy or viability of any projects or the claims made by project creators.
1. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before contributing to any project.
1. All contributions are voluntary, and you are not entitled to a refund of any contributions made through the Crowdfunding feature.
1. Any disputes between contributors and project creators must be resolved independently without involving Spartan Café, LLC.
1. Spartan Café, LLC reserves the right to remove or disable any Crowdfunding project or user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it deems the project or account to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to the community.
Affiliate Program As a subscriber to the Spartan Café App, you automatically become an affiliate of the App. This allows you to earn an 8% commission of what the Spartan Café App (Spartan Café, LLC) NETS per subscription successfully possessed for sharing the App via your unique link. Commissions are earned when new subscribers use your unique link to download the App and subscribe. Please note:
1. Affiliates will be paid once per month based on subscribers who successfully subscribe and make payment.
1. Spartan Café, LLC reserves the right to terminate or discontinue the affiliate program at any time and for any reason. Should the affiliate program be discontinued, any outstanding commissions will be paid.
1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting the App.
1. Spartan Café, LLC reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if fraudulent or unethical activity is detected.
